I had a yummy pot of chilli simmering most of the day (thanks for the great recipe M & J), filling the house with warm, deliciousness. My Wonderful Husband and the kids made homemade pretzels in unique designs to go with it and I topped the day off by making chippy cake. The Redskins were in the playoffs - which was a big deal for My Wonderful Husband which gave us a good excuse for a little "party". The pretzels were yummy, the chilli was out of this world, and we barely had room for the chippy cake...... It was a good family day... my belly and my heart are full. xo
