I wasn't looking forward to today - the start of the holiday season...I knew it would be hard. I miss both of my parents more than I can say. But here's what happened today...Every single dish came out perfect - everything timed out perfectly - the pie crust was spot on in one shot - the puppy slept straight through dinner under the table - and there was a giggle fest at the table during dessert - forces beyond our control were at work here today and for that (and a million other things) I am thankful! xo
Happy Thanksgiving to family and friends far and near, those no longer with us and those still here. ♥
