The Boy had to do a book report for his class and prepare a presentation from the perspective of one of the characters (he could dress as a character or make a puppet). He read Junie B First Grader Toothless Wonder and he will be presenting from the perspective of the tooth fairy. He went out on a limb with this one, because while the tooth fairy is a character that is talked about in the book, it is not a character technically. (but we checked with his teacher and she was cool with this as long as he tells the story from that perspective) The Boy decided to make his tooth fairy a man instead of a woman and I think his puppet came out awesome! I love that all of those materials were just in the house...
Today I am thankful for imagination and outside of the box thinking.
