The kids and I finally had a chance to meet my friend's sweet new baby today. My friend and I have been on different "kid schedules" these days and our daily runs have had to wait for now with much more important things to be taken care of :-).... but just getting a chance for us to chat (and even get a bit of baby holding in too) was just what I needed today.
